Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about Tenth Finder.

What is a credit?

1 credit = 1 session analysis. Each time you analyze a session, 1 credit is deducted from your balance.

Do credits expire?

No, your credits never expire. Use them whenever you race.

Can I get a refund?

Credits are non-refundable once purchased. We recommend starting with a smaller package to try the service first.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe.

Do I get free credits to start?

Yes! New users get 3 free analyses to start. No credit card required.

Which MyChron models are supported?

Tenth Finder supports the MyChron 5, 5S, and 6 series. We recommend always updating to the latest version of the app for the best experience.

How do I check my app version?

Open the hamburger menu (☰) and look at the bottom of the menu — the version number is displayed there.

How does the analysis work?

Your telemetry data — GPS, speed, RPM, G-forces, and lap times — is analyzed corner by corner to find where you lose time and why. It looks at your braking, throttle, minimum speed, exit speed, and racing line through each corner, then shows the biggest opportunities to improve. You get clear technique fixes ranked by potential time gain, plus target speeds and a practice plan for your next session.

Is my data stored in the cloud?

No. Your telemetry sessions are stored only on your device. Only a necessary subset of the data is sent to our servers during the analysis request, and it is not retained.

Can I compare two sessions?

Yes. You can compare two sessions from the same track to see where you gained or lost time between them. Both sessions must be from the same track and track configuration.

What does the track map show?

The track map is generated from your own GPS data. It shows your driving line and marks detected corners with numbers that correspond to the coaching analysis.
